File Room staff quickly do Check-In/Check-Out of large batches of files using a SmartPad connected to the workstation.

File Room Returns Table

Files are automatically checked in as they are dropped on a returns table. RFID SmartSensors under a table or above ceiling tiles recognize the tagged files.

SmartSensors can be mounted below any table, even a folding table, to automate check-in.

Office and Cubicles

Files are automatically checked out to an individual as they arrive in an office or cubicle. RFID SmartSensors under the desk or above ceiling tiles recognize the tagged files.

In small cubicles the RFID Zone can be tuned to a very small workarea.

In this room, each of 36 cubicles is covered by its own RFID SmartSensor.

Doorways

Files are automatically checked out to a department or workgroup as they pass through a doorway. RFID SmartSensors above ceiling tiles recognize the tagged files.

Doorways are usually covered by a SmartSensor above the ceiling near the doorway.

In this office, SmartSensors are in the ceiling outside the file room.

Work Tables and Counters

Files are automatically checked out to a worktable or counter as they reach the location. RFID SmartSensors above ceiling tiles recognize the tagged files.

SmartSensors below the worktable log location as each bucket of files arrives.

SmartSensors can also be placed in the ceiling above a worktable.

Exits

Exit alarms prevent unauthorized removal of files using lights, siren or email alerts. RFID SmartSensors above ceiling tiles recognize the tagged files.

SmartSensors mounted at an exit can trigger light, siren and email alarms.
