Healthcare Group Implements FileTrail For 17 Offices

FileTrail, Inc., announced today great results for Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH), a mental health provider to patients in Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke counties in Virginia. Since implementing FileTrail the company has saved time, money, and labor by using FileTrail software to track and manage client charts among its 17 facilities.
A little over a year ago, BRBH was faced with the task of centralizing all of its outpatient records into a central file room. In January, 2004, Ellen Morrow, the Records Manager at BRBH, selected FileTrail to automate tracking and management of the clinic’s patient charts.
