We‘ve proven the value of RFID File Tracking solutions in government and the private sector. Our solutions include other technologies such as on-demand color coding, integration with other systems, etc., to create the most effective filing system for our client.
FileTrail created the PassiveTrackingTM concept around the idea that tracking works best when staff do not have to be active participants. We’ve eliminated the compliance issues that limited the effectiveness of bar code solutions.
Introducing Gen 2 RFID
Until recently, the RFID technology used for File Tracking was based on High Frequency (13.56 MHz frequency). Though still available today, this technology has been obsoleted by the newer Gen 2 RFID technology.
In October of 2006, FileTrail introduced its new Gen 2 RFID technology at the International ARMA Conference in San Antonio, Texas. FileTrail‘s Gen 2 RFID utilizes the same technology on which the major retailers and grocers have standardized.
