Reporting File Room Activity

Clients often wonder about the amount of work being done in the file room.   Or what is being done by each employee.  FileTrail to the rescue with the File Room Activity reports. The File Room Activity Summary report provides total counts for a variety of tasks that are commonly performed in central file rooms.  These tasks include check-in, check-out, creation, and more. 

The counts are accumulated over a specified period of time.  You are able to specify the exact dates you want the report to cover, or select common time periods - such as, Yesterday, Last Month, etc. - from a pulldown menu.
