Darrell Mervau

President & CEO
Darrell has overall responsibility for the management of FileTrail as well as the satisfaction and success of each one of our over 400 clients. Darrell brings over 15 years of executive experience in the records management software and storage business. Prior to FileTrail, Darrell was President and Founder of Thoroughbred Technologies and has also held senior management positions at FileSafe Inc., a commercial record center, where he was a key member of the team that led the company from a start-up through its acquisition by Iron Mountain. Darrell holds a BA Degree from San Francisco State University.

Tom Pemberton

Vice President, Marketing
Tom leads FileTrail’s product strategy and marketing efforts. With 19 years experience creating and promoting records management solutions, Tom’s experience spans numerous industries and geographies. Prior to joining FileTrail, Tom held marketing and product management positions at records management software companies, including Records Associates, and Versatrac. Tom received an MBA from the University of California Berkeley (Haas School of Business) as well as a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science from Missouri Valley College.

Jamie Richgels

Vice President, Engineering
Jamie leads engineering and development of FileTrail's software solutions. With over 12 years experience building enterprise solutions, Jamie has held technology leadership roles at Shop121, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and Arthur Andersen's High Technology group. Jamie holds a BS in Computer Science with an emphasis in Business Administration from the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota Minneapolis.
